Terms of purchase, return policy, and safety information
By purchasing our "creative embroidery" kits for baby mobiles, activity mats, or other products, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. General Information
"Creative embroidery" kits are intended for adults to assemble and sew on their own. They are not toys and must not be given to children in an unfinished or unassembled state.
The quality, appearance, and safety of the final product depend on whether the buyer precisely follows the provided assembly instructions.
Due to the natural properties of fabrics or manufacturing characteristics, the colors or texture of products may differ slightly from the photos shown.
2. Safety Instructions
Attaching felt pieces
All felt pieces must be sewn on exactly according to the included instructions – using all indicated attachment points and a secure stitch.
Product inspection
Before each use and regularly during use, it is necessary to check that all pieces are securely attached and are not damaged, loose, or worn.
If any damage is noticed, the product must not be used until it has been properly repaired.
Use
The finished product is intended to be used only under adult supervision.
A child must not be left unattended on an activity mat or near a baby mobile.
The buyer is responsible for the proper use of the product and the child's safety at all times during use.
Materials
Materials used in the kits may include:
- 100% cotton;
- felt;
- polyester fiber filling (synthetic padding);
- other sewing materials.
Although high-quality materials are used, every child's skin may react individually.
The first time the product is used, it is recommended to monitor for signs of skin irritation or allergic reaction. If irritation occurs, use of the product must be stopped immediately.
3. Limitation of Liability
By purchasing a "creative embroidery" kit or finished product, the buyer confirms that they understand and accept responsibility for:
- proper assembly of the product and sewing on of all pieces according to the provided instructions;
- regularly checking the condition of the product;
- safe use of the product;
- continuous supervision of the child during use;
- monitoring the child's skin reactions.
The manufacturer and seller are not liable for damage, accidents, or other consequences arising from:
- failure to follow instructions;
- improper or incomplete product assembly;
- improper use;
- modification of the product after purchase;
- insufficient care or use of worn parts.
4. Return Policy
Unused and unassembled "creative embroidery" kits can be returned within 14 calendar days of the day they were received.
The returned item must be:
- unused;
- complete with all parts;
- in its original packaging;
- suitable for resale.
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, except in cases where a defective or incorrectly shipped item was received.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not accepted for return:
- "creative embroidery" kits that have been started, sewn, cut, or otherwise assembled;
- custom-ordered or personalized items;
- digital products (tutorials and patterns) — all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable, as they are delivered instantly by email upon order placement.
6. Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrectly Delivered Items
If you receive a damaged, incomplete, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the shipment and attach photos confirming the issue.
After assessing the situation, we will offer the most suitable solution – sending missing parts, replacing the item, or issuing a refund, if justified.
7. Refunds
The refund amount is transferred using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, after the returned item is received and inspected.
Delivery costs are not refunded, except in cases where the item was defective or shipped by mistake.
No refunds are given for issues arising from improper assembly, sewing, failure to follow instructions, or improper use.
8. Intellectual Property
All sewing patterns, instructions, photos, designs, and other materials related to the kits are protected by copyright.
Without the seller's prior written consent, it is prohibited to copy, distribute, publish, sell, or use them for commercial purposes.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. These terms do not limit the buyer's rights provided for in applicable consumer protection legislation.
